Dr Preeya Daya is a Director at the Leadership Dialogue and is an Academic Advisor at the Achievement Awards Group. Preeya is an experienced Human Resource practitioner, academic and consultant with a demonstrated history of working across a range of industries, both in South Africa and abroad. She is skilled in leadership, high performance organizations and teams, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, culture change, and performance management. She has a strong education with a PhD in Business Administration, and a Master and Batchelors Degree in Human Resource Management.
Preeya works across a range of roles and interests. For companies, she partners to deliver high performance through focusing and directing the efforts of their most critical resource- people. She does this as a consultant or facilitates focused sessions on strategy, goal-setting, team cohesion or the like. As an educator, Preeya teaches on numerous academic programs for universities and together with her PhD students engages in research on leadership, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion using systems thinking methodology.
